The durable, waterproof Triax™ case protects the Gaseeker from damage if dropped on a hard surface or in water. A full kit is provided as standard, including built-in pump, charger, carry case, shoulder and belt straps and water trap/particulate filter.

* Intrinsically safe equipment is defined as “equipment and wiring which is incapable of releasing sufficient electrical or thermal energy under normal or abnormal conditions to cause ignition of a specific hazardous atmospheric mixture in its most easily ignited concentration.” This is achieved by limiting the amount of power available to the electrical equipment in the hazardous area to a level below that which will ignite the gases 

A portable gas detector, optimised for gas system purging and gas escape detection, incorporating twin hydrocarbon detection technology. It enables the monitoring of hydrocarbons in inert backgrounds at % volume levels for gas pipe system purging and inert atmosphere monitoring. It also has % LEL sensor for gas escape work. The oxygen sensor verifies a successful air purge.
